General practitioner, Dr Tim Lebens, has expertise in all aspects of general medicine, including the management of chronic disease, health screening, paediatric medicine, psychiatry, and sexual health. He has extensive experience working with patients of all ages and takes a patient-centric approach to care. He understands that by involving patients in their diagnosis and treatment, many complex medical problems can be identified early.
Dr Lebens cares for a wide range of patients, from high-profile figures to international and corporate clients, and he has also advised foreign Health Ministers on Public Health and preventative medicine. He also works closely with some of the world's top specialists and is able to refer onwards to them if necessary.
Dr Lebens undertook general practice training at St Mary's Hospital before training in psychiatry at the renowned Priory Hospital. He worked in the NHS for 20 years before focusing on his private practice 12 years ago, ensuring to keep up to date with the most recent medical advances. He also regularly contributes to a number of respected publications and has previously been a feature columnist for the Health Section of Esquire and Tatler magazine. Dr Lebens has a passion for teaching and currently serves as a certified mentor and teacher for GP trainees. He has recently been awarded fellowship of The Royal College of General Practitioners for his achievements in general practice, public health, and education.
