These washing machine cleaning tablets work extremely well to remove all the soap scum, grease, and grime out of the inner workings of your washing machine. The tablets are small and concentrated and work better than the much larger cleaning tablets that my washing machine manufacturer had recommended. Individually wrapped and extremely easy to use, just drop one into the drum of your washer. In my Whirlpool Cabrio I just run the Clean Washer setting. Instructions are also provided if your washer does not have a clean washer cycle. After one use my washing machine went from muck and musty smell to, nothing. All the soap scum on the outside of the wash basket had washed away and the inside had zero scent. None. That’s how you know it’s clean. Used on a biweekly basis, the box of 24 will last an entire year which is a fantastic value above more well known cleaning tablets. These are hands down the best available and a necessity to keep your washing machine running its most efficient and getting your laundry its cleanest.

These washing machine cleaner tablets are amazing! There’s a ton of gunk and grime they are able to remove from the washer. Super easy to use – just toss one in and run a cycle. My washer smells fresher and works better than ever. Only downside is my sensitivity to smell…there is a slight odor that lingers for a few days after. It still far outweighs not using it.

I had been using another well known washing machine cleaner product that, although did a good job, the tablets would fall apart in the packaging making it messy to place in my front loading machine. After reading glowing reviews for this product, I decided to give it a try. The tablets remain solid in the packaging so no mess in placing them in the machine. And they do a great job of cleaning and freshening the machine. I also love that the tabs are placed flat in a slender box and there is a heartfelt note inside thanking you for supporting their small family business, which I’m happy to do. I’ll be cleaning my machine more often now that I have a product that works well and is easy to use.

This product is amazing. I have a front load washer that we purchased new 10 years ago. I have always cleaned my washer one or two times a month with a name brand cleaner. About 6 months ago I started noticing a fowl odor coming from my machine. I cleaned my machine numerous times with different cleaners and nothing was working. I almost gave up and bought a new machine. Then I saw these tablets and decided to try them as a last resort. I could not believe the sludge that came out of my machine after using one tablet in the clean cycle on my machine. There was so much gunk that it clogged up my filter and would not drain my machine. I cleaned out the filter and ran a rinse cycle and again the filter was full of gunk. It took a number of rinse cycles before the filter was not full of gunk anymore. I then ran two tablets through a clean cycle and again there was a bunch of gunk in the filter. I kept running my machine through a number of rinse cycles and then I would run a cleaning cycle with an Active tablet. I did this until there was no more gunk in my filter. It took a while but now my washer no longer smells and I am so happy to do laundry again. I wish I had taken pictures of what was coming out. If I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes I probably would not have believed it. Evidently the name brand cleaners I had been using all these years were doing nothing to clean my washer. My filter barely had anything in it after I would clean it with the name brand products. I am telling everyone I know about Active and how great it is. I will be a lifetime user. I have also decided to stop using fabric softener and scent beads as these are what I have come to find out is what causes this buildup on the outside of the drum. I now use distilled vinegar in my rinse compartment and a dryer sheet in my dryer. Works great.

If you’ve never “cleaned” your washing machine, you should…and will probably be grossed out too! Previously used different brand about a year or so ago but definitely don’t recall being surprised (grossed out) at what I saw, like I was with this! Since using, white clothes actually appear brighter/cleaner and laundry is smelling fresher. Have not used dishwasher tabs yet, but will be soon and hoping for similar good results. Great value.

My family has allergy problems so I began paying attention to my wash machine. I tried Tide product to clean the wash machine. It helped somewhat. However, this tablet is a wonder. We just finished the second year of using our (first ever) front load washer/dryer. We have the LG ThinQ one piece stacked system. We are also back on septic for the first time in over 20 years. I was hesitant to buy a front load but that is all that would fit in our tiny home laundry area. I am very consistent with using washer cleaners because of the septic and front load machine. This is the 4th product I have tried and is the one I will continue to purchase. I believe that I will also gift these products to our adult kids this year for Christmas. I am folding my first load of laundry after using these tablets and I had to jump on and write a review, these things have solved a 2+ year struggle I’ve had with my washing machine! I bought my machine 2 years ago and after the very first time I accidentally left a load in the washer overnight my washer has STUNK, smells like mildew in the machine, and every load of laundry has that mildew/BO smell to it. No mold on the gasket, I run it regularly on the self clean cycle with bleach, always leave the door open to vent and it doesn’t make a difference. I have tried literally every single detergent option, scent beads, rinse and refresh, etc…. And other than adding a perfume to the underlying mildewed smell literally nothing makes my clothes smell good. My husband has been wanting to get a new washing machine for a year but it’s new and this shouldn’t be happening! Stumbled across this product one night and figured it couldn’t hurt. Instructions says if your machine is really smelly it might take two cycles, I assumed mine would but after one cycle I put my head in and NO SMELL AT ALL! I ran my first load of laundry and seriously I could cry, it just smells like clean clothes, no mildew/BO smell at all.
