Most customers tolerate our supplements without incident; however, approximately 5 to 10% of customers (usually with an autoimmune condition) may experience a detoxification reaction. Directions
Start with just 1 capsule a day for the 1st week… 2 capsules a day for the 2nd week… 3 capsules a day for the 3rd week and so on until reaching 6 capsules a day for the 6th week (or) as directed by a healthcare provider.

I’m really impressed with these minerals. The name alone had me interested! I believe in eating clean. The first day I only took one and instantly realized they were working. So much so that I decided to take one every other day. I’ve started taking them daily, one at a time. I can’t imagine what taking 6 a day, what they will make me feel like! Yet! Great product since I don’t take any vitamins!

This was making me sick at first and I was taking less than what they recommended. I just had to start taking only one tab a day and my body I guess has gotten used to it so now I take 2 a day, I just make sure to eat something with it just in case. I have been feeling healthier, but I also take other vitamins so I can’t really say if it’s just because of this. Also, the pills are larger than I thought they would be, in case anyone is wondering.

These minerals (not to mention their other products) are amazing. I have been searching for good supplements and these minerals do not disappoint. My husband and I both take them and feel amazing. I take them after a meal and they have even kept me from having to take Aminos or BCAAs after a workout. If you have been looking for minerals give these a try. Start with 1 capsule for a couple days then increase by 1 every couple days and see how you feel!

I was really excited to buy this product and I followed the directions to take one pill than steadily go up one to full dosage. Unfortunately, I can’t go pass one tablet at a time, because I don’t feel good if i do. I really wanted to have all the full benefits of the product.

I am finding your Minerals, Beef Organs, Bone Marrow and Collagen beneficial and am taking half doses of those daily, except the Mineral which seems to require a full dose as the season has changed. I am occasionally adding in the Brain and Adrenal in, as well.

Can’t really tell the difference as far as how it is helping, as with any supplement. The capsule is so thick it is hard to swallow unless you soak it in water, then it is a lot easier. The issue I have most is the amount you have to take a day…6 is a lot of capsules to swallow, even one at a time. Good company product just needs a little TLC to make it better.
